Never paid for our services

Scott Nadel is a very dishonest person. He owes my company over $6000 for work we performed at the Best Western Hotel in Midvale, UT and we cannot get a hold of anyone.

We received a bankruptcy notice for Midvale Lodging. Karen in their accounting department will not respond to any emails. When they do give you money the check bounces. DO NOT do any work for these people or you will never get paid.

They also go by the name of Rubin Hotels Furnishings and Design.

I think I will be making a call to the attorney general.

DMC Hotels Reply:
We are most apologetic that your services were not paid in a timely manner. The property did have to file for bankruptcy as a protective measure to survive. We did not mean to leave anyone with payments due and for this we do apologize. Unfortunately because of the bankruptcy we are not able to make any payments on bills incurred prior to the filing. If you do not have the information and need it to file a claim for payment, please contact us at 972-668-0327

We just had Scott Nadell (now he spells it with two l's so you can't google his bad reputation) try and get free samples from us.

Everything about this was sketchy as they have no company website and I googled the address and it is an apartment building in TX.

Went under Rubin Hotels Furnishings & Design LLC

Scott's other company he used was SCN which was bogus as well. They knew they were going to file bankruptcy when they were renovating the hotel in Utah.

That's how they work.

If you notice, they are now going under the name of Prosper Management Company for there listings. Its still the same company

Lower than low

They have a 19 year old running their Holiday Inn in Sherman with absolutely no qualifications other than the owner likes the way she looks. This 19 year old manager there logged into people's email addresses from her former hotel where she worked from desk.

These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks! They will do anything they have absolutely no limits and no regards to professionalism or even the law!

Do not do business with the Holiday Inn in Sherman Texas. You cannot trust them with your information and they are in bankruptcy last I heard they didn't have any soap for over a week!

Bought TV's and never paid $12,000

Scott Nadel, Camira Summers and Jagmohan are all group of thieves and they keep on delaying in answering your calls or emails and will always speak so soft and pretend that they are working on making payment to u, which will never happen. They make payment plans and then never send you any check.

They are not scared of any Judiciary system in USA. I would ask all vendors to stop sending them any supplies even if they are paying u in advance and shut down all hotels.

I can be contacted at khannagk@***.com. Let's work together

DMC Hotels Reply:
We are please to advise that at this time, we have entered into a settlement agreement and have been making monthly payments to clear the balance with burnedseller. It was never the intention of DMC to not pay a vendor for their services. We apologize for the delay and inconveniece. Thank you.

Maybe DMC should look up the 1st amendment..

Guest

What a joke. DMC doesn't like the truth to be told.

I would be more than happy to see you in court. The company operates by ripping off vendors and employees.

Guest

Just saw online that Holiday in in Frisco is gone. Wonder if DMC still has it? Hope not!

Guest

This is great news. Blogs like this work

Guest

Yes I did, but they took almost whole year.

This is unethical!!!

Guest

Burnedvendor, did you get any payment for the TVs

Guest

VendorDuPois, good for you but all the burnt vendors were baited like you before DMC speared them. These cons build trust and then rip you to your bones.

Advice: Don't work there without advance.

These are equal opportunity thieves. You are no exception.

Guest

I sorry. I make mistakes on this message. I didn't do 16,00

My actual invoice say $11,115.10

It about 11K. My others post is accurate. Do not use profanity sir. That is unprofessional and bed. You have anger issue and troll on website. This is crime.

Guest

Burned seller. Crud, Im sory 4 what happend to you. I wish i read this earlier. my company did renovation for hampton wax for 16k. i got check in mail today.

they are nice people personally i think. slow on payment but i got my money.

i hope you get what you entitled to burnedseller

Guest

Burnedseller, this is no joke, no bluff but real development. A top criminal investigation agency may contact you to know about DMC vendor fraud as a spillover affect of bankruptcy fraud.

They may want to know your story of vendor fraud and help you out. The law enforcement has noted down the email khannagk@yahoo.com and may contact you, so don't be startled if you get their email. Or if they have other big leads, they may not contact you. It is just a good possibility.

SO all I can say is that they have your email. If more emails were there, they might have got them also.

The things are going so good that it is the criminal investigation is picking steam in all possible directions. I think Buckstopshere should also leave his email so he may be contacted.

DMC HOTELS/DHILLON MGMT THIEVES

DMC Hotels DBA Dhillon Management in Frisco, Texas ripped me off. They rip off everyone.

They set up accounts with vendors and never pay them! They have to switch from vendor to vendor with the intention of never paying a single dime.

I feel sorry for their employees. Bounced checks and a bad company.

Jag Dhillon is the owner. Scott Nadel also. They will both steal from you if they get a chance.

The accounts payable woman will ignore you till the end of time!

Stay away from the company. Google Jag Dhillon to find out the other companies he is associated with or you will get burned!

DMC Hotels Reply:
Sometimes in business it is necessary to make tough decisions including terminating employment of an employee. We as a company must always do what is in the best interest of our hotels and our employees and sometimes that means allowing someone new to lead the hotels to improve revenues and to ensure the other employees do not suffer by losing hours when guests do not come stay. We are sincerely sorry if you believe that the termiation was done for any other reason than that the job performance was lacking.

Whistleblowers who provide information about tax fraud or tax underpayments to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will get a bigger reward as a result of a recent law passed by Congress.

The whistleblower reward section of the Tax Relief and Health Act of 2006 is modeled after the reward section of the False Claim’s Act qui tam provisions.

What whistleblowers who report tax fraud can expect

The new tax fraud whistleblower law establishes certain provisions regarding whistleblowers who provide the IRS with information about tax fraud or tax underpayments:

Whistleblowers may receive a reward of 15 percent to 30 percent of the amount the IRS collects as a result of information about tax fraud provided to the IRS.

Last year the Texas legislature enacted one of the country's strongest statutes aimed at protecting freedom of speech from frivolous lawsuits. The Citizens Participation Act, which took effect a year ago yesterday, allows defendants to quickly challenge speech-related tort claims before discovery begins and automatically recover legal fees and costs.

These suits are commonly referred to as “strategic lawsuits against public participation,” or “SLAPP.”

Even though Texas was the 28th state to pass an anti-SLAPP statute, it is one of only a handful of states where the law covers statements made outside the governmental setting.

The Texas anti-SLAPP statute is specifically designed to encourage “citizen participation,” which includes “commenting on the quality of business.”

When confronted with a SLAPP suit, a defendant is provided a mechanism by which to have the lawsuit dismissed early to avoid time-consuming and expensive litigation. Also, he plaintiffs made o pay legal costs.

The Texas Citizens Participation Act was signed into law, effective immediately, on June 17, 2011.

If you have been threatened with a suit while exercising your First Amendment Rights, like participating in blogs etc, be sure to tell your attorney about this new law.

Not only the

I know someone who is having problems with Scott Nadal. I don't understand why no one filed a law suit against these guys? People don't have any idea about these guys until they are doing business with them and they it's too late.

Guest

they want to do the same thing in Utah. Midvale Best Western.

maybe you can somehow prevent the Scoot Nadel & co?

Here is just going rebuilding. Perhaps contractors will see their money as ear without mirror

Their hotel, Holiday Inn, in Fort Worth is actually being taken by the bank due to unpaid bills within the month. It is very sad when indiviuals move here, lie, steal, cheat and are able to still stay in our country. How fair is that????

Guest

That is great news. The blogs like this work.

Anonymous,I also considered applying at this company. Met a few employees in their hotel.

They were laughing and openly calling the chief operating officer and the owners as thieves. One lady told me that if I do get the job, I insist on cash payment because their checks bounce and they don't care. The accounting is run by the girlfriend of the owner so you won't have any luck if they wont pay you. The decorated chief operating officer of this company will not qualify for a burger flipping job.

One year experience they want is because their want to groom the fresh recruits in their way of doing business which the lady employee told me is thefts and frauds. Needless to say, I never applied and got a cruise job.

Guest

Thank you. I find it very intriguing when DMC posts open GM positions which states...

"The Ideal Candidate for this Position

Entry Level Candidates with less than 1 year experience in a management, supervisory and/or leadership capacity are welcome. If you believe that your non-hotel supervisory experience has merit, please bring this experience to our attention."

I would never hire someone with less than 1 year of experience.

Rude employees

On Saturday, June 23, I stopped in sweetwater texas in the morning to check on prices of rooms. The pregnant girl at the front desk was hateful and acted like it was an inconvenience to talk to me at all. I talked to my cousin about it because she stays there frequently and she told me that there is a girl in the afternoon that is the same way but the manager doesn't do anything about the complaints because that girl is her daughter in law. Is that even allowed? Those people really need get people that actually want to be in that kind of service instead of hiring family and friends just because.

Happy Concert Goer

Good: Atmosphere, location, Room Cleanliness, Amenities, Recognition for IHG Rewards Club Members, facilities, great shuttle driver! Searched and read all reviews for hotels in the area that were best suited for attending a concert at Billy Bobs, shuttle service to and from was important to us. Greeted by a petite young lady (forgot her name!) that was very nice and informative. She helped us get checked in and scheduled for shuttle service. Marcus, our driver, was ready to go when we were, and was the best!! Almost felt like a guided tour with him explaining where we were, or things to look at along the route. He called at time he said he would to see if we were ready to leave concert, but we declined as we thought concert would go past he cut off time, but it didn’t. We spotted Marcus in parking lot and ran him down, he was there to pick us other guest but tool us anyways, even though he was going to have too make another trip! Breakfast was great! The young lady that checked us in the day before waited on us to make sure we had everything we wanted for our meal, the cook even come out to make sure we had plenty! Was nice be far away, but treated like you were at home! - Be Happy Concert Goers (Eufaula, Ok, USA) on 6/30/14. Stay due: 6/29/14

Great Place to Stay

Good: Atmosphere | Location | Room Cleanliness | Amenities | Recognition for IHG® Rewards Club Members | Facilities Bad: breakfast is good. the omelets--not so much I've never been disappointed---and I've stayed here A LOT. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is polite and the breakfast is good. The location is perfect--right on the highway, yet there is no road noise. It's where I prefer to stay when visiting Brownwood.

“Best staff who are willing to go to great lengths to make sure your stay was wonderful!”

My husband and I had car problems and found ourselves stuck in a little town called Elko, Nevada for three days while our car was being worked on. We checked into the Best Western Hotel. We found the staff to be warm and welcoming, especially a young lady named Erika who helped make our stay more bearable as we waited for our car. Erika went out of her way to help us and with lots of kindness and patience. When we needed to move hotels (due to no transportation to get around the town) she called all over town looking for another Hotel for us (not even a Best Western) as most Hotels were booked. She found one for us! Erika and Best Western made our frustrating situation much better. In the future we will always choose to stay at a Best Western!!!!!!

Front Desk Service

Jessica, at the front desk, was nothing short of outstanding. We arrived late in the evening having been held up in Utah due to a fatal auto accident on the interstate that stopped traffic for hours. When we got to the hotel we were exhausted and our room was wating for us. I learned later that a hotel employee had earlier that day overbooked the hote by 6 rooms then resigned. Jessica, with the kind assistance of firefighters staying at the hotel, was able to rearrange the rooms with some of the firefighters agreeing to double up on a room and allowing our family to have a room available upon our arrival. Jessica was at the front desk late into the night covering for the employee that had left, and was there agein when we came to breakfast in the morning. Thank you Jessica. You deserve a bonus and a raise and I hope that your efforts are recognized in a tangible and financially beneficial way.
